GEHL Company

Starting out as an agricultural manufacturer in 1859, Gehl has nearly 150 years experience building quality farm equipment. In 1986 they moved aggresively into the light industrial construction industry with their line of skid loaders. Since then, their construction related offerings grew and soon outpaced their agricultural revenue. In 2006, Gehl decided to discontinue their agricultural "red" line and focus solely on construction equipment. Despite that news we continue to provide service, parts, and used equipment sales for Gehl agricultural equipment as well as their full line of skid loaders, telehandlers and loaders.

Skid Loaders

Gehl offers a full line of skid loaders to fit any need, from the 35hp 3640E with a rated operating load of 1050lbs, to the 99hp 7810E with a rated operating load of 3850lbs - the industry's largest. The 7810E also provides the the largest dump reach at full height of any competitor: 38.2" at 11'10" high. With a True vertical-lift linkage, it is able to maintain that same dump reach throughout its entire vertical range. With their All-Tach system, and a host of attachments available, you will always be able to find work for your Gehl skid loader.

Their E series delivers this performance with less noise and more ergonomically designed comfort than the competitors. Full cab enclosure options with heat and AC possibilities keep you comfortable for long hours in the most harsh conditions, and the variety of hand and foot controls let you pick the one that is most comfortable for you. Comfort extends outside the cab as well, with an easily serviceable design that makes maintenance a breeze.

Compact Track Loaders

If you encounter situations where a skid loader would damage sod or bog down, you need to check out Gehl's line of compact track loaders. With 3 models (up to 97hp), Gehl has equipment that is turf-friendly, can get around in many areas that most skid loaders can't, and still have the power and versatility to get the job done. High ground clearance, sealed steel rollers, and steel-reinforced high strength rubber tracks make the CTL series especially adapted for adverse conditions.

Despite the hard work attitude, the Gehl's track loaders still maintain the same in-cab comfort and serviceability you find in their skidloaders. Full cab enclosure, heat, and air conditioning are all options, and the standard joystick control allows for precision handling with less operator fatigue.

Telescopic Handlers

In today's agricultural and construction industries, there are many applications where a standard loader just does not have the reach to get the job done. Gehl fills this gap with their lines of telescopic handlers - offering the capabilities you need without the cost of a large piece of construction equipment. From the small CT line with a reach of 16', to the DL line with a reach of 44', Gehl offers machines that can perform anything from indoor warehouse work to multi-story construction projects. Depending on the model, some of the options available include frame leveling, outriggers, selective steering, personnel work platform systems and remote boom control.

All-Wheel-Steer Loaders

Gehl's new 80 series of all-wheel steer loaders offer stability and power in a compact package. The 4 wheel maneuverability makes it possible to get in and out of tight spots, and the large cab with 360o visibility and access via doors on both sides make it easier to do so. With a Z-linkage loader design that automatically keeps pallets horizontal while lifting, forklift tasks are a breeze.
